rtorrent/libtorrent updatede to .7 (.8 unstable)

    * libtorrent-0.11.7.tar.gz
    * rtorrent-0.7.7.tar.gz

configures when OPENSSL libs is specified:

OPENSSL_LIBS="-L/usr/lib -ssl -crypto"
OPENSSL_CFLAGS="-I/usr/include"

compiles clean, works fine on my box ( 6.2-RELEASE-p4 )
