Can't reproduce; maybe whatever local version you have (in distfiles/) is
corrupt, or there's some network issue local to you or between you and
the fetch site?
eos# cd /usr/ports/archivers/unzip
eos# make distclean
===> Cleaning for unzip-5.52_3
===> Deleting distfiles for unzip-5.52_3
eos# make fetch
=> unzip552.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/.
=> Attempting to fetch from ftp://ftp.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/src/.
fetch: ftp://ftp.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/src/unzip552.tar.gz: Operation timed out
=> Attempting to fetch from ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/TeX/CTAN/tools/zip/info-zip/src/.
unzip552.tar.gz 100% of 1113 kB 268 kBps
eos# make extract
===> Extracting for unzip-5.52_3
=> MD5 Checksum OK for unzip552.tar.gz.
=> SHA256 Checksum OK for unzip552.tar.gz.
Also worth noting is that ftp.info-zip.org has been offline since July
2007. The official info-zip.org home page says we should be using
Sourceforge for the time being:
http://www.info-zip.org/
ftp.info-zip.org (US) - Info-ZIP's other home site
NOTE: the host for Info-ZIP's main ftp site died the final death in
late July 2007. We're still looking for a replacement; in the meantime,
please use SourceForge or one of the mirrors listed below.
