Please update x11-toolkits/fltk from 1.1.7 to current version

There's bug affect compiling remotely/in console:
Fluid needs X connection to compile Fl_Help_View
widgets(http://www.fltk.org/str.php?L1318)
Which already fixed in current version 1.1.x-r5989.

The version in ports tree is 1.1.7, I wish it could be updated while
it affecting a new port's compiling,
