FreeBSD Port: delegate-9.5.6 problem

Hello!

The problem when start under freebsd 6.2

# uname -a
FreeBSD mail.svgc.ru 6.2-RELEASE FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE #0: Wed Apr  4 10:02:02 SAMST 2007
shrdlu at mail.svgc.ru:/usr/src/sys/i386/compile/MAILKERNEL  i386

install delegated from ports:

# cd /usr/ports/net/delegate
# make install

then try to start:

# delegated
