exim doesn't build on 4.9 (minor error)

Building exim 4.66 on my FreeBSD 4.9 box didn't work;

Simply recompressing FAQ.txt.bz2 (it was a plain text file as downloaded, just with a bz2
extension) fixed it, and it all compiled just fine after that.
