dvipng in the ports tree

Hello list,
It seems that graphics/dvipng is deleted from the ports tree, because it 
is already included in the teTeX distribution.

But teTeX require xorg-libraries and I think xorg-libraries are too much 
now for a web server.
Is it possible to have dvipng back in the ports tree?
