MySQL port has been failing

Which has been closed because "this is how it's designed".  I'll add
that this problem is happening for more than just MySQL 5.x on that
mirror; 4.x is also broken.  There's definitely a disk/controller or
network problem with that mirror.

ale@ -- we should consider modifying MASTER_SITE_MYSQL to move
ftp://ftp.easynet.be/mysql/Downloads/%SUBDIR%/ to the bottom of the
site list.
