[net-im/sim-im] disable debug

hi all,

have 'sim-im-0.9.4.3_1' port... while it's running I have much debug
output in `.xsession-errors' like that:

...Too much output, ignoring rest...

it was needed to be recompiled with '--disable-debug' option to disable
it... why don't just add this by default?
