    Oh yes, you run field_analyzer.pl like so:

#!/bin/sh

for i in 5 6 7; do
    ./field_analyzer.pl < /path/to/INDEX-$i > /path/to/field_analysis-$i.log
done

    This only works with Bourne compatible shells [redirecting input in 
and out doesn't work for (t)csh] of course.
