ports system cvsup failure

I thought I would try cvsup10 and sure enough cvsup ports-all worked on that 
server. It looks as though a number of others may be down.

On the face of it it looks as though could be a similar network faiure on the 
cvsup servers to the one referred to in the above link.

Just guessing
