Of these, the last 2 came in during the time that the ports tree was
frozen in preparation for 6.3/7.0 release (it is now only semi-frozen).
So I think it's fair to give folks time to catch up.  As well, many
people are now on vacation.

As to the first one, I'll email the maintainer.
