finance/gnucash depends on deprecated www/p5-HTML

Hi,

finance/gnucash depends on www/p5-HTML which is deprecated and has
already expired:

DEPRECATED=     project no longer exists
EXPIRATION_DATE=        2006-11-16

I cannot find any references to HTML/Base.pm in gnucash sources and it
is not listed in dependencies section in README.

Can we just drop ${SITE_PERL}/HTML/Base.pm:${PORTSDIR}/www/p5-HTML from
RUN_DEPENDS?
