pgctl still has incorrect $prefix on -current

Dear All,

I still get

-su: /etc/rc//bin/pg_ctl: Not a directory
-su: line 0: exec: /etc/rc//bin/pg_ctl: cannot execute: Not a directory

when running postgresql on -current, do I need to file a PR on this one?
