Corrupt Ports - arts and jackit

Thanks for your help, Kris. Setting FORCE_PKG_REGISTER worked like a
champ.  I saw that in the errors returned initially but wanted to see if
there was something I was doing wrong.  I also needed some encouragement
before proceeding. :)
