postgresql-libpqxx and ldconfig

Hi!

Should not the postgresql-libpqxx port be modified to install libpqxx.so.2 
instead of libpqxx-2.6.6.so? The former is not picked up by `ldconfig', 
making LIB_DEPENDS=pqxx.... impossible, for example.

The only port currently depending on pqxx is koffice-kde3, and it is forced to 
depend on RUN-depend libpqxx.a instead.

Patches aren't hard, but I sense, there will be more to this story...
