FreeBSD Port: bash-3.1.16

Hello:

I was installing Bash 3.1.16 from /usr/ports using the "make all install"
with no extra flags or options.  There was a filesize mismatch.  It appears
" distinfo:SIZE (bash/bash31-010) = 1829" should be " distinfo:SIZE
(bash/bash31-010) = 5218".  I made that modification and everything loaded
with no problems.
