In this case something like:
sh -c 'for i in  `grep Unref /tmp/wrong_libs | egrep 'X11|local' | \
	sed "s/Unref.* //"`; do pkg_info -W ${i}; done'
is at least 3 times faster that creating portsearch's database and I
found no orphan libs.
