build of xemacs fails

I can't build xemacs-21.4.19, I don't understand why!
I can't found bug report (open or closed) about this ...
 
# find / -name features.h
/usr/X11R6/include/wx/features.h
/usr/X11R6/include/wx-2.6/wx/features.h
