FreeBSD Port: samba-3.0.21a,1

Hi!

As for the port itself it just requires bumping of the version number
and isn't difficult to make. But I have to quite tricky bug reports,
which should be resolved before the port release. I'll try to finish this
work ASAP, but a bit concerned not to screw up the things...
