cannot make py-pysqlite20

Having trouble making py-pysqlite20.  
I'm running FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE-p11 

I did a simple `make` with the following results:

 => MD5 Checksum OK for pysqlite-2.0.7.tar.gz.
