HAL with new kdebase (permission problems)

Uhm, I know that's hard to believe, but that really *was* a typo. My english 
is deteriorating to the point where I keep making subconscious phonetic 
spelling errors. Scary. Sorry about that, I didn't at all mean to be rude.

I'm not sure about the going-through-D-BUS part, but it certainly works for me 
as (uid=1001(lofi) gid=1001(lofi) groups=1001(lofi).
