ftp/proftpd and textproc/wbxml2

Hi.

These 2 ports appear to need some work.

Proftpd hasnt been updated since 1.3.0rc3 and 1.3.0 final src has been
available for some time now, I emailed the maintainer over a week ago
and no reply at all so if anyone could take over this port would be
great thanks.

wbxml2 appears to be broken with the new libtool 1.5 and when I
emailed the maintainer he did respond but he didnt reply to me with
either a fix or update it so this port remains broken for many weeks
now.
