It appears the website for ClaraOCR, www.claraocr.org , is no longer a valid website. The closest corresponding web site is on GeoCities, www.geocities.com/claraocr and it has not been updated since August 23, 2005.

Perhaps a note should be added to the description that this program is no longer under active development?
