Fails to configure:

Probably you need to pass the location to X lib/include dirs
to ./configure, something like:
CONFIGURE_ARGS=--prefix=${PREFIX} --x-includes=${X11BASE}/include --x-libraries=${X11BASE}/lib

Send me a new shar after you fix this and I'll try it again.
