I ran the "make" commands you specified but still do not have a i915.o
file on my system. Here is what I have related to i915:
$ locate i915
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/dri/i915_dri.so
/usr/local/include/drm/i915_drm.h
/usr/src/sys/dev/drm/i915_dma.c
/usr/src/sys/dev/drm/i915_drm.h
/usr/src/sys/dev/drm/i915_drv.c
/usr/src/sys/dev/drm/i915_drv.h
/usr/src/sys/dev/drm/i915_irq.c
/usr/src/sys/dev/drm/i915_mem.c
By the way, glxinfo | grep rendering returns no. I also loaded the
graphics/dri port and graphics/linux_dri is already installed.
Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!
