FreeBSD Port: portupgrade-20041226_7 & Ruby18

Hello,

I am trying to install the portupgrade on 6.0 B4 (amd64)...

I have tried upgrading the ports both via cvsup and downloading from 
the web.
I have tried at various times of day.
I am connected to the internet, and I think all these files exist.

This is the error I am getting:

Stop in /usr/ports/lang/ruby18.

Stop in /usr/ports/sysutils/portupgrade.

It prints to screen (which this pipe didn't catch!) something to the 
effect that the date of the file is different then that listed.  
(similar to an md5 checksum error).

If you have any ideas, I would appreciate it!
