spice3f5 with bsim3 model

Hello;

The BSIM3 model is supposed to live here:

http://www-device.eecs.berkeley.edu/~bsim3/

unfortunately there is no maintainer for spice3f5 so this is not something
anyone has planned to integrate. Perhaps you should try ngspice.
