HEADS UP: new category for instant messaging

I'm pleased to announce a creation of a new category, net-im, dedicated
to instant messaging applications. Things like ICQ, Jabber, MSN, Yahoo!
clients and servers belong there.

I moved first 94 ports in there, with the help of marcus who did the
repocopies.

If I missed a dependency somewhere, please let me know.
If I broke INDEX, please, let me know. If you think I missed a port that
would be better in net-im, please, let me know.
