Weird xfce/xorg experienced after having completed gnome_upgrade212.sh

While using xfce4 after having run the gnome_upgrade212.sh and started a
fresh x session, I experienced the following interesting behaviour while using
my launcher: <http://www.grimstveit.no/jakob/files/images/xfce_overlap.png>

Seems like the text has severe problems with obeying boundaries. It happens
even when typing this email :-).

I don't know exactly what port is to blame, but I assume some of you will
understand that immediatly when looking at the image referenced above.
