FreeBSD Port: amavisd-new-2.3.0,1

I am going to take a quick look at amavisd-new 2.3.1 (just released) as it fixes a couple of bugs and enhances the 'MYNETS' functionality.

If its not too messy, it might just be a matter of distfiles and Makefile version changes and I will send some diffs in tonight.

If its messy, I will wait till next week sometime (hoping that the regular ports maintainer will do it)
