FreeBSD Port: rsync-2.6.3_1

Hi,

In an earlier mail, I've asked why the rsync port is not updated. The latest rsync 2.6.4 over a month old. I've tested and it runs 
flawlessly. Unfortunately, I've got no answer till this day. 

What can I do to help getting rsync 2.6.4 into the ports? If possible I would to maintain this port.
