icc to build gromacs

Hi Stephen -

I noted that you were the gromacs FreeBSD port maintainer. I was wondering 
if you have tried using icc to build fftw,mpich and/or gromacs? I'd like
to eke out some more optimizations besides the typical stuff, since I'm only
running a single dual p3-800 gromacs node at the moment.
