FreeBSD Port: gotmail-0.8.2

I find that gotmail is broken w/ the latest version of curl 
(curl-7.13.1).  It hangs at the hotmail login:

<https://loginnet.passport.com/ppsecure/post.srf?>https://loginnet.passport.com/ppsecure/post.srf?... 


Do you find it works?  I'm using Freebsd 5.2.1 w/ the latest ports, 
including ca-roots-1.0_1
