security/gpa upgrade from current 0.4.3 to 0.7.0

I have compiled and tested the current 0.7.0 source version of gpa  
without the current 0.4.3 patch, and it appears to be working just  
fine. I would suggest that the current gpa-0.4.3_2 be upgrade to  
gpa-0.7.0 with the new source.
