FreshPorts: now includes EXPIRATION_DATE

Upon request, I added EXPIRATION_DATE to the collection of attributes 
that FreshPorts extracts from Makefiles (via make -V).

The new pages are:

Ports set to expire:
   http://www.freshports.org/ports-expiration-date.php

Ports that have expired:
   http://www.freshports.org/ports-expired.php

If you can think of other values that might be useful, please don't 
hesitate to let me know.
