MimeDefang/Spamassassin failures after portupgrade

I have 0.51. After deinstalling all the modules, mimedefang, razor,
clamav etc etc and reinstalling the lot, I am down to just one
error:

Now if I can just work out how to make SpamAssassin's calls to dbg()
produce output I should be able to work out what's going on. For some
reason the resolver isn't being created so the reference to it is
undefined.
