php4-cli vs. mod_php4

    Nah. The REALLY REAL trick getting any two of the three SAPIs
    installed with different set of statically linked extensions.

    What happens if you need the CLI php(1) with OpenSSL support, but
    cannot afford it in mod_php4.so for performance resons?
