FreeBSD Port: mailman-2.1.6_1

Had the same problem here - tried following the links manually and the 
indexing-2.1.4-0.1patch.gz was missing. This only occurred when I tried to 
install Mailman with HTDig. Is anyone able to get the file from the link?

If not, please e-mail me the patch as well.
