php4-cli vs. mod_php4

Hello,

I'm using php4 in apache2 with mod_pho4, but I'd like to have a 
command-line php4 too. When I try to install php4-cli it halts with this 
message:

===>  php4-cli-4.3.11_1 conflicts with installed package(s):
      mod_php4-4.3.11,1

Is it possible to install a command-line php4 with leaving mod_php4?
