graphics/pecl-imagick problem

Hello,
I have just compiled pecl-imagick from a freshly cvsup-ed port tree. It 
compiles fine on 5.4-STABLE, but when I try to use it (for example, try to get info 
using phpinfo() ), I get the following in my error.log:

Assertion failed: (exception->signature == MagickSignature), function 
ThrowMagickException, file magick/exception.c, line 846.
[Sat Jun 04 14:22:02 2005] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] File does not 
exist: /usr/local/www/data/favicon.ico

Could you please take a look at it? I use:
apache-2.0.54
php5-5.0.4_2
pecl-imagick-0.9.11_2
ImageMagick-6.2.2.1
