Yes.  Last year some time I announced that regular builds would cease.
kensmith has twisted my arm into performing builds for the last few
5.x releases, and I've been doing 4.x builds since alpha is still
tier-1 there [1], but that's the extent of my intentions.

[1] Well, not for the last month or so because the machines again need
admin attention.
