gaim-1.1.2 doesn't build from ports - libtool15 complains about missing `/usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.la'

The problem was fixed by reinstalling libtool15 and gtk20 from source
using portupgrade -rvf. I believe that the problem arised after a
recursive binary upgrade of thunderbird.
