Note that I'm not the author of knemo. The only thing I did is porting it to 
FreeBSD and adding two extensions which I hope to get included upstream. So 
you should get an account at kde-apps.org and add your feature requests 
there (since there is no other official website for knemo).

BTW: You can already let windows stay on top and remove the border of a 
window with a recent kwin. Just look at the contextmenu if you right click 
on the window title.
