broken INDEX? ruby segfaults when updating the pkgdb

Replying to myself: yes, it seems to be safe to remove these
files (I did a backup just in case). pkgdb will recreate
them.

And now everything is running smoothly again. Seems like I
had a corrupted pkgdb.db. Recreating the file from scratch
solved it.
