HEADS UP: Death, taxes, and...ports freeze

You might be immortal, you might be able to evade the IRS, but no one
gets away from portmgr.

This is just a first notice that the ports freeze for the upcoming
5.4-RELEASE is currently scheduled to begin on March 25, 2005.  The
freeze will last at least two weeks.
