UPDATING subversion and bdb

On my last ports update, bdb went from 4.0 to 4.2 and
suddenly none of my subversion repositories were
accessible.

I was getting:
svn: bdb: Program version 4.2 doesn't match environment version

I found a very nice explanation of how to update to the
newer database version here:

Might be a good addition to UPDATING.
