bacula-server on 4.11

I'm seeing the same failure to resolve linkages to references to pthread 
functions; these are apparently in /usr/lib/libc_r.a but I haven't figured 
out how to pass that on to the linker (assuming that that library is the 
correct one).

I'm going to take another look over the next few days and see if there's 
anything obvious that I can fix.

(Out of curiosity I tried it on two 4.11 boxes, same result).
