The KDE APIDOX want 1.4.1; later versions (1.4.3 in particular) introduce some 
irritating bugs wrt. @section and @mainpage. I'd be somewhat hesitant to 
upgrade this one (and won't, myself, since that throws me out of whack with 
the rest of our Dox system).
