[HEADSUP] Freeze status

Portmgr decided to proceed with the freeze, since we feel that we
need to test the packages on one more beta cycle just to be sure
they're all ok.  At the moment we need appr. 10/12 days to complete
packages testing, so freeze end is expected between 25-28 August.
