Ports version upping policy?

	Fine with me, the shorter the better.

	Actually, that's what people do when using the link next to 
	"Maintained by". I'm not sure how to explain this clearly with
	few words. Maybe "Maintained by: ports at FreeBSD.org 
	(freebsd-ports@ mailing list)".
